1. Introduction and Acceptance
By accessing or using QuestEd’s services (the “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform.
2. Service Description
QuestEd is an integrated educational ecosystem that provides:
- An AI-enhanced tutoring platform
- A tutor marketplace
- A proprietary token system
- Study groups and collaborative learning features
While we strive to facilitate effective learning experiences, QuestEd does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
3. Lesson Policies
3.1. Trial Lessons
- Each student is entitled to one trial lesson per tutor.
- Trial lessons are refundable if a refund request is submitted within 7 days of lesson completion.
- Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket and are subject to review and approval.
